Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by Red Bird Public Improvement District (also referred to as “Red Bird PID” and “The Red Bird District”), a public improvement district in southern Dallas, Texas.

How you opt in
We only text people who have asked us to. Consent is collected in these ways:
- Website form. On our Contact page, you may enter a mobile number and check one or both consent boxes. Both boxes are unchecked by default and are optional — the form can be submitted without them.
- Keyword. Text START to (214) 247-6800 to begin receiving messages.
- In person or by phone. At district events or by calling our office, you may verbally provide your number and consent, which we record.
Entering a phone number by itself does not grant permission to send text messages. We never buy, rent, or sell phone numbers or lead lists.
Consent language shown on our form
Transactional (non-marketing): I consent to receive transactional text messages from Red Bird Public Improvement District at the phone number provided, such as service notices, reminders, and account or request updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.
Marketing: I consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Red Bird Public Improvement District at the phone number provided, such as district news, events, and offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.

Message frequency and rates
Message frequency may vary — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; we will send a single confirmation and then stop messaging you. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (214) 247-6800 or info@redbirddistrict.com. To rejoin, opt in again using any method above.
Privacy and age
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
