Red Bird Public Improvement District is a public improvement district in southern Dallas, Texas that coordinates supplemental clean-and-safe services, small-business amplification, and culture-led activations for assessed properties within its boundaries.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or abusive content through our forms.

Business identity. By submitting your mobile number through our forms and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Red Bird Public Improvement District (“Red Bird PID”) about district events, community updates, and service notices. Red Bird PID is a public improvement district in southern Dallas, Texas. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (214) 247-6800. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@redbirddistrict.com or (214) 247-6800.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive district event, community, and service notices — typically a few messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in and consent to receive SMS messages from Red Bird PID. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Business listings, events, and neighborhood information are provided for convenience and may change. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, availability, or pricing of third-party events, venues, or businesses referenced on this site.

The Red Bird District name, logos, photography, and site content are the property of Red Bird PID or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Bird PID is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
